Their return process is not exactly customer-friendly; in order to return your items you have to print out a return label yourself and order a FedEx delivery. Their customer service told me to go to a library and print it out there.
Good luck with the FedEx pick-up if you work from 8-17 and live in a apartment building that keeps the first floor door locked. (It does give you a choice to order the pick-up from 9-12 or 13-18, and you can leave the parcel outside your door but who would leave their parcel outside an apartment building as it can be stealed so easily?).

Would love to support sustainable fashion so please Ivalo, get your return process fixed!
