Great website, good options for funds for ISAs.
Waiting times for customer support are always short (~2 minutes), going through recorded messages and customer support menu is also very simple and does not take too long (i.e. they don't use that menu to stall time).
I have just spoke with Mo from General Inquiries.
He quickly understood my issue (as I was not using the professional terms and needed to explain my problem) and any additional questions were answered in detailed.
He also has great energy as a person.
It is clear he knows his stuff, enjoys his job and loves helping customers!

Excellent service I strongly recommend because I'm very satisfied with their services, if my payment missed immediately they inform me, and time to time I'm informed. Example In this difficulties coronsvirus moments I lost my job I have informed them that I won't able to pay my payment few months, they asked me need to send my bank account statements so have sent and they sorted it out so quickly amaized, now I'm dont need to pay until situation is over.my plan is IVA. if anyone is struggling dont hesitate to contact them hope they will provide full support

I am only at the beginning of the process and the IVA has been approved. Vanguard have been very helpful every step of the way and great communication channels to provide information and documents required. I was advised of my options in great detail helping me decide which option was best for myself. I would recommend them purely for their professionalism and they did not judge me or make me feel inferior regarding my situation.
