I just wanted to write a quick message to say that although iuvo group didn’t end up buying my property they were incredibly helpful. After a phone call with them they worked out that my problem could be resolved quite simply which meant that I didn’t actually need to sell my property to a company and that my best bet was to sell it through an estate agent. They could have quite easily abused the position I was in but they recommended I followed their idea and then introduced me to an agent they knew who has been brilliant. Their advice gave me the time to be able to wait for a great price for my house. They ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run and they didn’t actually earn anything for doing it so I thought the least I could do was give them a good review.

These guys are amazing! I had an inherited property which was empty and came with a hefty mortgage which was costing me a fortune each month. I couldn't rent it out because of the condition it was in and I didn't have the money to spend on it to do it up. I also couldn't afford the monthly payments for very long but because of quite a complicated situation, I couldn't actually sell the place for several months. I had no idea what to do.

I explained all of this to Iuvo Group and they offered to purchase the place as soon as I could actually sell it (at a great price) and even said they'd pay the mortgage in the mean time. They worked out what I needed and I got it. You don't get that from estate agents!!!

They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Iuvo group got me out of a sticky situation. I had a lot of outgoings that just built up over a short period of time and long story short I had to sell my house to free up cash to pay for my growing debt burden. I had no other option. I looked at several of the big quick sale companies but they didn't really understand my situation as it was pretty complicated. I actually got referred to Iuvo group from a friend and just gave them a call. They were incredibly friendly and professional. We had a few long chats where they listened to what I had to say and they came up with an offer that I would never have considered! It was the perfect solution to my problem but it all came about because they actually listened to me. I got everything I needed and now life is much better! I couldn't recommend them enough!
