The latest news regarding the case with CBC are shared on our website (article from April 5th).
As you already know, there is a submitted claim for starting the procedure of declaring the company insolvent and a claim for initiating a procedure for restructuring and healing the company. Based on these claims and the analysis of the assets and liabilities of CBC, it was expected a decision from the court in Poland about which procedure will follow. In the meantime, we received information about submitted claims for pre-pack purchasing of CBC by two companies as a special procedure in the course of insolvency. If the purchase is completed, it will bring faster satisfaction of the creditors of CBC and limiting the devaluation of their assets in the long process of the standard procedure of insolvency.
With the new claims, the court will have to rule on the prepack purchase of the company first before it can decide whether to declare CBC insolvent or to initiate a restructuring procedure. In order to provide the best possible protection of the interest of the investors, iuvo additionally started working on the case with a leading law firm that is closely specialized in insolvency procedures – Zimmerman Sierakowski & Partners.
Together with our legal partners we are taking all possible legal measures to protect the interest of our clients. Our investors and their trust will always be our main priority. As soon as we have more information, you will receive it.

The autoinvest on iuvo works based on your set criteria for the loans you wish to be part of your strategy. You choose the score class, the originator, the preferred interest rate. After submitting your criteria, the system will automatically select loans that match it, and it will invest in them. You could also create different portfolios for each originator. Don't forget that you can always check the available loans on primary market, before investing. If you need any assistance, we will be happy to help.
Our support team is one of our strongest assets and could always assist you when setting the criteria and afterwards as well, if you need to make adjustments or have any questions. The common effort of our team and partners is focused on protecting you interest.

Satisfied investor
I started with Iuvo nearly three years ago. I am investing in BGN loans only, mostly with the assistance of auto invest strategies. So far, I haven't noticed any issues with the reliability and I am happy with what they offer.
They manage to provide very pro-active and adequate customer service. I receive calls to ask for my feedback and offer assitance at least twice a year, which is an excellent practice. It is nice when you are not "just another account number" in the database.
