mac book pro 14" feels like a new product
I bought a used mac book pro 14 inch (2021). After almost two weeks I have only great things to say. The delivery was incredibly fast and well packaged, the laptop itself came in what looked like original packaging, new cable and looking brand-new. Till now i haven't found a scratch or dust or damage. I waited to write a review to see about the functionality and battery-life, but it simply feels like a new product. Still wondering a bit if there is a catch that i didn't notice yet, if not, then this was an amazing deal and leaves me entirely happy, to have saved money as well as (as far as i know) making a better decision for the climate, purchasing a 2nd-hand product.

It's always a bit of a crapshoot when you buy secondhand products, but I was lured in by the already good reviews as well as longevity of iUsed (twenty-seven years in computing terms is a lot). Transaction was smooth, MacBook arrived in a couple of days, and was in EVEN BETTER condition than what was promised by the retailers.
I'm absolutely staggered that it was so cheap, to be honest, and I will most likely buy from them again in the near future!

Must check your product well because they don't.
I ordered a macbook pro within the timeframe they offer in order to receive the next day. This did not happen, the laptop arrived instead two days after (not what was offered in the end of the day).
They promise good rate of battery, figured out the cycles of battery were pretty bad. Instead of lasting 10 hours, the battery was lasting 3 hours with minimal usage of brightness and software.
I needed the laptop for work as I was taking a trip. Instead they messed up my plans due to their delay and not having evaluated correctly the product.
Check very well your product because they don't (their excuse, we sell too many laptops daily and don't have time to make a thorough check-even though they guarantee they do)
Overall I would say they are kinda unprofessional. And they don't meet their own standards. Also offer student discounts with knael and yet cannot be found on knael (go figure)
P.S. two stars only because their product would turn on. I lowered it to one star because u don't admit your mistake and make false claims.
Edit to reply: the battery never held 80% and especially not 83.6 as you mentioned in the reply ?instead i contacted you about it, and we did the cheack with your collegue and your team requested tk send back the device, thus it was you who suggested (I still have the message exchanged). Don't lie and accept the fact you wasted my time.
In regards to refund, nobody mentioned anything related to it. if you wouldn't refund me, we would have a much different conversation.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our Trustpilot page.
The battery needs to hold at least 80% of its original capacity before the Macbook can be offered on our webshop.
We made you check the battery via a special program and concluded the capacity was still 83,6%, so well within the limits.
We give 3 years of warranty with a good reason, also on the battery, but we are sorry that the Macbook didn't meet your expectations.
You've returned the Macbook back to us, free of charge, and your payment was reimbursed within two days.
There is nothing unprofessional about that, in my opinion.
Ofcourse, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Edit: You contacted my co-worker in the chat who asked you to install "Coconut battery" and to share a screenshot of that program.
It clearly states 83,6% capacity.
You even shared that screenshot via e-mail on the 25th of September.
