- 30 dagen niet goed, geld terug
- Bij iUsed ontvang je op alle gebruikte Macs 30 dagen “Niet goed, geld terug” garantie. Mocht het geleverde product toch niet aan jouw verwachtingen voldoen, dan kun je het binnen 15 dagen aanmelden om het te retourneren plus nogmaals 15 dagen om het product kosteloos te retourneren en krijg je vanzelfsprekend jouw geld teruggestort. Refurbished laptop
After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to buy. The process was easy and delivery was quick. The product was in good condition and packaged well. I’m very happy with the purchase and would buy from them again.

I was amazed by how fast my new Iphone…
I was amazed by how fast my new Iphone 12 reached me - less than 24h, in Belgium! The phone was indeed close as good as new (I found only a small detail of metallic points at the top), battery at 96% and so far works perfectly. Compared to similar suppliers is more expensive, but I think that is worth it given the great service and the three years of warranty.

Very disappointed with the iPhone 12…
Very disappointed with the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was supposed to be "lightly used" and I found out that the battery was replaced with a cheap one, not a genuine one. A message on the phone says "Unknown part". Besides this, instead of a charger cable, the box contained a USB-C to USB-C, which I cannot charge the iPhone with. Now I have to spend more money to fix it.
Really disappointed, I expected more.

Additionally, you indicated that the battery may have been replaced and is not an original Apple battery. This could indeed be the case. However, please note that the parts we use are of high quality and also is included in our 3 year warranty even.

One of the best, if not the best, refurbished Mac tech store, Great after sell service, good price, truthful descriptions.
One thing I wish they would change. The delivery company they use, DPD. The Belgian branch of DPD is the worse delivery company I have ever used. Delays, damaged packages, lies.
