Great CS, just a battery issue
The MacBook looks great and has all the features were described on the description.
The only problem was the battery but sending it back it got fixed in a couple of days.
The only thing is that the new battery they installed is from 2015 and the MacBook from 2018, I’ll hope they will keep up with the time!
But I’m pretty sure the three years warranty will help with that.

Misleading Rating System
The product condition did not match the rating.
I bought a Macbook rated as 4 stars which means 100% technically functional and minor aesthetic damage but when it arrived it had a visible stain on the screen. I complained that the product page was misleading and at first they disagreed saying that this stain was an additional damage...
I don't know how you can have a rating system for a product condition and leave major issues as "additional", it doesn't make any sense to me.
Eventually they agreed to refund so, I'm giving them an "additional" star for that. Otherwise this would be 1-star.
Ps: I can't answer to the reply below but I'd like to add for clarification of future customers. It was a very visible white stain in the middle of the screen with about 2/3cm wide, it wasn't "a little abnormality". The discount was given (less than 10% from retail price) and the refund was processed very quickly. However, I was still induced in error due to their rating system, doesn't matter the amount of the discount.
The issue this product had should absolutely disqualify it for a condition equivalent to a 4 star rating.

We talked to each other multiple times via e-mail, but I will take the liberty to explain the situation, so others can read it too:
The Macbook that you ordered a product with a visible white spot in the screen (Dutch: Dit product heeft een lichte vlek/verkleuring in beeld). This is not harmful in any way, but is a little abnormality and was also clearly stated on our webshop in the advertisement of that particular Macbook.
Also, this Macbook, because of the spot in the screen, is offered for a much lower price, simply to compensate for the "inconvenience".
Further in our e-mail conversation you stated that you misunderstood the description.
Ofcourse we respect that completely and offered you to sent back the Macbook to us, so we can reimburse your payment.
The Macbook has been received by us on the 7th of March and the refund has been done one day after, on the 8th of March.
All in all, mistakes can happen and we know that.
That's why we always offer our 30 days return-period.

Macbook pro 13 inch 2020
I bought macbook pro 13inch 2020 4 months ago. It looks great, works great, but the screen broke during the normal use such as opening and closing laptop. After some search I found there are multiple complaints about this design (mainly macbook pro 2020 M1 chip which is the same construction as Intel which I have) and even a lawsuit against apple. I had a hard cover and a screen protector, but apparently a grain of a sand between keyboard and a screen can crack it because the design is very very slim. The warranty of iused will not cover the screen damage as any crack will be considered your fault.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our Trustpilot page.
In the many years our company exists, well over 27 years now, we have developed a lot of experience with the products we sell and the way they perform.
And yes, a discussion like this we have done a few times before.
At some point we even asked a professional Apple Certified Service Provider for their thoughts about screens getting cracked "spontaneously".
Their response is always the same; high quality screens of Macbooks can not and will not crack by themselves.
There is always an external factor to be considered.
We always feel terribly sorry to bring news like this, but when a screen gets cracked, it simply cannot be solved under any warranty.
I would suggest you inform about this at a local Apple Certified Service Provider to see how they would handle a situation like this and how common damages like these are.
If Apple knowingly sold Macbooks off which the screens crack spontaneously, they would certainly provide a new repair program to replace all those screens free of charge, but up to now, they didn't. That is probably for a good reason.
