Misleading Results from Knox Instant Check – Possible Scam

I recently had a device in my possession with a known KNOX lock. To verify its status, I decided to purchase the Knox Instant Check service. However, the results I received were completely inaccurate:

Device Status: Device does not have Knox
Knox Guard: OFF

This is clearly incorrect, as the device undeniably has Knox protection. It's disappointing to see such misleading outcomes, and it feels like a scam. I strongly advise caution to others considering this service.
