Easy to buy and a quick delivery of the laptop. I had a query about the windows registration key and received a very prompt reply which resolved the issue. (I actually didn't need a key because it was already loaded onto the laptop, the documentation was just a little confusing in that sense).

Waste of time trying to claim through their warranty
I purchased my laptop through ITZOO at the end of last year and after initially being very happy, one day the screen became damaged through no fault of my own, this couldve been from any number of things but after going down the warranty route, I was told in no uncertain terms that it was my fault, "accidental damage", after assuring them that this was not the case I asked for the situation to be escalated to the management. After myself being polite throughout the dialogue, the management came across rude and condescending, I was told that "The damage is caused by picking up laptop using your hand at the top of screen". There was no compromise to look at other possible causes or working together to find a solution, I was told I had damaged the laptop and that was it (and based on one picture I sent).
Great company and good prices and laptops, but if something goes wrong, then forget about any help.
