I purchased my mac from this firm and have been delighted with it, best I have had, apart from the P/W they use, it does not work, I told Ittrade about it and they gave me a different one to try but that did not work either , I have not heard from them since

Dead battery
We purchased a Refurbished MacBook Pro which arrived promptly on Tuesday.
It crashed literally every minute, so Apple Support told my wife to check its battery, which said ‘service’. Before she could remove my files, the battery died, within 36 hours of delivery. The company has told her to return it and they will delete the files when she gives them the password. As this is a security risk, we have requested that they send us a battery so we can pay someone local to fit it. We can’t understand why the battery wasn’t checked before sale.

Excellent service from this company. Received my IMac and very pleased with the condition of it. Afterwards I had queries about technical issues and I contacted them and they emailed me back straight away with answers and suggestions. Very helpful and would highly recommend them
