Absolute nightmare with GSE inline solar trays from this supplier.

Seemingly lovely chaps, but supplied a GSE solar kit that was not fit for purpose (wrong flashings). No tech support / limited product knowledge. No solutions offered. Eventually (after literally months of hassle) offered partial refund for incorrect top flashings so I could purchase an alternative (as none in stock). 7 days later and still no refund received. Bank has no visibility of incoming payment. Refund less than the retail value of the flashings and roof is still off and leaking water after many months. Absolute disaster. Also ...avoid installing GSE on natural slate roof unless you have a big budget for lead and slate and a half tiles. Not worth it. And huge hassle / poor and inconsistent technical docs.

Decent price and collection from Hull was made very easy, item ready when I got there. Good company to deal with and I would use again in future.

Excellent, ordered solar panels, set a delivery date and turned up on time. I wish every company was like this.

I have replied to this once stop keep asking me to review.

Was more expensive than others but delivery was two days on a pallet.
Seven days later and several phone calls the inverter arrived in a van with many other parcels on top of it.
As delivery on a pallet was extra this should have been refunded at the very least

Contacted I.T.S and had a few queries regarding a product, Got all the information i requested and the company went out and organised and arranged a pick up of goods from my local PV company, Fist class communications and first class service.
