Fantastic experience with ITIL V4 under Trevor's guidance. An incredible person and an excellent instructor, he made our days fly by while keeping the learning process both enjoyable and engaging. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend taking the ITIL v4 Foundation course and exam with ITSM assist. Trevor is an excellent trainer and has a unique style of delivering information clearly with the online e-learning platform. I appreciate the revision session he did with me on a late evening where he tested my knowledge and worked on concepts I didn’t quite understand. During the build up to my exam I found that the quick knowledge tests, mock exams and audio revision material were super useful. I passed first time with a high score and I truly feel that I understand the ITIL Framework and can apply the concepts to real life situations within the workplace. Thank you Trevor for the amazing learning experience.

I highly recommend this company who provided my ITIL 4 foundation course. The training from Trevor is excellent and every concept is explained thoroughly but explained so well it was easy to follow and take on board. I did the self paced learning and the portal is fantastic to use , easy to navigate and well laid out and the mock exams are really useful to test your knowledge. I went into this training knowing nothing about ITIL and I passed first time so that says it all.

Recently completed my ITIL Foundation via ITSM Assist. Trevor’s content is comprehensive and well thought out. It provides you with all the knowledge required to ensure you pass. Trevor all offers up his own time to host a 60 minute 1-2-1 session. I’d definitely recommend!

I’m extremely happy with the service from ITSM assist. There are a number of providers for the ITIL 4 foundation course and I looked into most of them. The site is easy to use and courses are easy to purchase. Turnaround time from purchase to setting up course materials is minimal. Information is concise and makes getting started really easy. But by far the best part are the course materials themselves. Everything is made palatable by Trevor, and examples help further your understanding of the material. You can tell a great deal of care and attention was paid to these. Happy to say I passed my exam and I am now looking at the next level of courses. This was my first in hopefully a number of developmental endeavours for me and ITSM assist made it an absolute breeze. Thank you!

I would like to thank ITSM Assist & in particular Trevor Wilson, my trainer, for a fantastic 5 days of ITIL4 MP Transition training. Course content was very concise and covered all the key points well. Trevor's knowledge and the fact that he brought out his experience in the real world to explain concepts added tremendous value.

I bought a ITIL4 foundation course plus exam voucher (including re-sit) from here. I procrastinated my exam for good 8-9 months and didnt access the course material either. However, when the voucher expiry date was nearing, I booked the exam. I went through the video material and I must say it is an excellently explained course material. To be honest I tried to listen to everything initially but as I had very less time left for exam, I started going through only summary videos at the end of every chapter. Those videos are very good and concise. I scored 37/40.
Mock tests at the end are most helpful as there were so many questions in the exam from there.
So I highly recommend this course.

Trevor Wilson delivers the course in a way that connects the dots between the theoretical content and his industry experience. That makes the abstract concepts way more accessible and easy to understand.

I will choose ITSM Assist in the future again.

If you are looking for certification in ITIL I strongly recommend ITMS Assist. A Family member brought this course to my attention, and he also passed first time.

The course is very well delivered by Trevor Wilson who I found very knowledgeable using his own experience to explain ITIL 4 concepts in a way that I found very easy to understand.

I am very happy with the overall training and material provided, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone and will use ITSM Assist in the future when I am ready to take the next stage.

I opted for the on-demand content and thought everything was paced well and had enough detail and examples to reinforce concepts. I was a little hesitant to take a full course as I had v3 already but I'm glad I did. There's enough there that's new and refreshed. The chapter summaries and practice tests were very helpful. I passed the exam with no issues.

Great course. Easy to understand and follow. The exam process was streamlined and very easy for anyone to take from anywhere in the world.

I took my time trying to find a reputable company to do my ITIL4 Foundaiton training, and eventually settled on ITSM Assist. I can honestly say it was a great choice. The recorded lectures I viewed were very professional, and definitely not someone just reading from a powerpoint!
Trevor (the teacher) was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and it clearly shows! In addition, I was extremely happy with the individual approach taken, I had an hour revision with Trevor, where he made sure my knowledge was up to scratch and prepared me for the exam, which I aced.
