Driver delivered to the service station…
Driver delivered to the service station near my home and did not contact me to say so it was only by chance that the person in the station rang my number on the package and informed me it was there
Goods ok but I would not use that courier again
Very poor service from them
On that basis I would probably not order from magic again
Need to deal with your courier 🚚 👎

Personal touch

Overall a very good experience
Overall a good experience. I purchased a childrens magic set a few weeks back, site was easy to navigate with a really good selection. Unfortunately, after a week or two I realised I had still not gotten a dispatch email that my item had been shipped. When I realised this I emailed the company (this was in the evening time), by the time I checked my emails the next day, I had already heard back from them and had received my dispatch mail and the item arrived the following day. So overall, I was really happy with the service. It's a busy time of year so delays etc are expected but was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. Would buy from here again
