Formula change

I first bought the strawberry hibiscus and Costco and it was so good, I stocked up with 30 bags (30 packets each) before is was discontinued at Costco.
I recently made a purchase on the itsblume site and the taste and formula are completely different. I has no real flavour or smell and you can taste the vinegar. It even causes severe heartburn. Not at all the original product offered at Costco.
The whole company is ridiculous, prices are extremely high, you are forced into subscribing in order to get a discount.
