I have had an A grade laptop from these guys for a week now, it has been brilliant, fast, stable and the battery is great. Their knowledge is very good and it inspires your confidence. I won't hesitate to go back to them again.

Some nice new monitors for home setup. Happy with the purchase - as described on the website. A bit of a slow response after ordering due to a the vendor changing location. Items were quickly dispatched via DHL after chasing and the delivery was eventually successful.

Took nearly 1 month for delivery even when I paid for express delivery, never answer phone, altogether an awful experience.

Ordered some monitors from their website and paid for express delivery, here we are 1 month later and still no monitors and £500 out of pocket, they never answer the phone when you call, just goes to a voicemail and no message can be left. Called their parent company (Crown Workspace) and the lady is very helpful but cannot ever get through to them either. DO NOT USE.

Great customer Service and smooth and easy purchase

Overall very happy with the purchase (excellent/perfect condition) though I had purchased a VESA version of an iMac and received one with the standard stand so have had to buy an adapter and mount it with the stand in place. Delivery was delayed by a day but not sure whether that was down to ITResale or DHL. I tried to call a couple of times but couldn't get through. All worked out ok in the end but more communication from ITResale would have appreciated.
