I purchased WatsGo from iToolab specifically to download videos from WhatsApp to my PC.
Experience Summary
While the software functioned for most data types, it failed to perform its primary intended function - downloading videos from WhatsApp.
Issues Encountered
Video Download Failure: Despite multiple attempts, videos consistently failed to download
Time Investment: Each download attempt took approximately one hour to complete
Partial Functionality: Other WhatsApp data downloaded successfully, but videos did not transfer
Conclusion
The software did not meet my primary requirement of downloading WhatsApp videos, despite working for other data types. The lengthy processing time combined with the failure to download videos made the product unsuitable for my needs.
