The Only Solution for A12 (iPhone XS Max) Activation Lock! Highly Recommended.
I was in a tough spot with my iPhone XS Max which has the Activation Lock enabled (A12 chip). I spent weeks researching tools that claim to handle the A12/newer chipsets, which is known to be very difficult compared to the older models.

I contacted iToolab to cancel my monthly subscription. With most companies this process drags on, iToolab were on it straight away and canced my subscription as requested.
Excellent customer service..

iTools make such easy to use utility apps for both android and ios. They offer lifetime subscriptions which is amazing for long term use of apps.

Their anygo gps app is next level and amazing at pinging and saving any landmark coordinates at ease.

iTools support are also very quick to respond.

I bought AnyGo(PC version) to enable some features for apple watch and airpods pro in China, it worked finally, and I canceled my subscription easily by sending email to the support team, they did it very soon, excellent experience!

This program worked perfectly to unlock a Samsung A5. Confirmed!! The whole process took about 10 minutes from when I placed the order.

Great team, great product. I bought it a year ago to fix a few Samsung phones of various generations n they all worked. Money well spent for what I needed it to do.

I would def buy this product again if I need it in the future n would highly recommend it. It's idiot proof with simple step by step instructions.

This app saved me hundreds in tech cost based on rate my local repair shops charge per phone. Subscription was half the price of one phones repair cost n I fixed 5 phones with it within subscription time.

Trying to cancel subscription order and no answer received from support customer service

Update 10/6/2025: I've just confirmed that my original purchase price, including sales tax, was credited back to my charge account. So while I will not delete my original review as requested by iToolab, I've updated my rating to 3 stars. It shouldn't take this much effort to receive a full refund for software that doesn't work for you, but at least I didn't have to initiate a dispute with my credit card provider.

Update 10/2/2025: After posting this (originally 1-star) review, iToolab contacted me and stated that they have "striven a full refund" for me, and asked that I "kindly delete the negative review." I responded that I would update the review once the refund processed. (Their refund policy states 2-4 working days to process, but their message stated 7-15 days.) I'll update again when (if) my refund is processed as promised.

Original review: I purchased an UnlockGo (Android) license, in an attempt to unlock a corporate cellphone from a former employer who didn't want it back. I tried all available options, but nothing worked for me. I contacted iToolab via email, and asked for technical assistance in hopefully getting the phone unlocked. They responded quickly, but just apologized and offered me a 30% refund. I reiterated my request for technical assistance, and said that if they couldn't get it to work on my phone, I'd want all of my money back, under their 30-day satisfaction guarantee. They replied with another apology and offered me a 50% refund. I answered that, since they were unwilling to offer any technical assistance, I either wanted a 100% refund or I would dispute the purchase with my credit card company. I haven't heard back from them yet. I won't ever make the mistake of doing business with this company again.

Worked like a charm! Great product

UnlockGo actually works, not like the numerous "free" software which are mostly scams. Yes, they want you to get a subscription. No, you do not have to do that. I purchased an unlimited time license for up to 5 devices. I'm not a professional but in my repair/refurbishing of old devices I encounter a lot of locks. I'd give it 5 stars, apart from the fact that sometimes you will need to try a couple of times and sometimes the instructions aren't the clearest. So far, so good.
