ITOL Recruit is a great company as they have staff that are willing to go the extra mile for students that study online. In particular, I am grateful for Sonja who is part of the recruitment team and has helped me to secure a few interviews for apprenticeships through redrafting my CV and providing a cover letter template. Additionally, Sonja would provide me with job links and help me a lot with tips on tailoring my applications which has helped me to secure interviews though I am yet to receive an offer as I am still early in my recruitment journey.

A Positive Learning Experience So Far
So far, my experience with the training programme has been great. I have received support whenever I needed it from my tutor, the support team, and the examination team.
One of the things I appreciate most is that the programme tutor regularly checks in with me regarding my progress and asks whether I need any help. This is particularly helpful because, although the course is recorded and can be completed at your own pace, you still feel that there is someone available to guide and support you throughout the learning process.
I also found the course material very comprehensive and well structured, covering most of the areas you would need to build the right skills. For example, I found the Data Analyst programme really useful, as it covers a wide range of tools and topics needed to become a Data Analyst. After completing the programme, I feel you would have a good understanding of the subject and enough confidence to work on your own projects and put what you have learned into practice.
That said, for some topics, I feel there is room for improvement, which I think the content could be more practical and detailed-oriented rather than relying mainly on reading through the material word by word, which students can also do independently.
Overall, though, my experience has been very positive so far. The support from the tutor, support team, and examination team has been excellent, and I appreciate the effort they put into supporting students throughout the programme.
