TOTAL SCAM – Sells Counterfeits, Sends Damaged Goods, and Ghosts Customers!

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5 if I could)
Do NOT buy from itisrainvintage.com (Styloral Pte. Ltd.). This is a textbook "Fake Shop" operation that preys on people looking for authentic vintage gear.
I ordered a pair of shoes for a high price, which were advertised on their website as 100% authentic. What arrived was a total joke. Not only were the shoes obvious counterfeits, but they were also in disgusting condition. They arrived with permanent stains and deep, heavy creases across the material, looking like they had been worn for months or stored in a pile of trash.
When I tried to contact them for a return within their "15-day window," they completely ignored multiple emails for over a week. They have no intention of helping you once they have your money.
To make matters worse, their "return process" is a trap. They provide a return address in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, knowing that tracked shipping from Europe costs a fortune. Furthermore, shipping counterfeit goods is illegal, so if you try to send them back, you risk legal trouble or having customs seize the package.
Summary of the scam:
• False Advertising: They lie about authenticity to steal your money.
• Damaged Goods: You receive stained, creased, and defective items.
• Zero Support: They ghost you the moment you ask for a refund.
• The Return Trap: They use international addresses to make returning the items impossible.
STAY AWAY. If you’ve already been scammed, open a PayPal dispute immediately and insist on a manual investigation by their claims department. Do not let these fraudsters get away with your hard-earned money.
