I took a PMP 4-day boot camp with instructor-led course. Only 4 of us! The instructor pretty much read the VMEDU version of PMBOX and filled in the blank of the material. Of course with answers as asked! That is not enough to bring to the exam room!!!
The worse parts are:
1) All material is only available to student for 60 days after the completion of 4-day boot camp. After 60 days, students do not have access to keep learning. Extension can provide another 60 days, but that will be it.
2) PMP exam is a tough test to break. 60 days to take the exam is impractical goal to make; especially with that quality of training while there is a lot of information to cover, and especially if you are working.
3) Even worse answers to practice test are wrong and mixed up among 4 provided tests. That brought confusion and lost. I actually requested fixes in their QAs databases.
4) The exam-guarantee-pass policy is a scamp. Student must take the exam within 30 days after 4-day boot camp completion in order to qualify for the reimbursement of 2nd trial if failed the 1st exam.
5) And then, for the 2nd retake, again, student must retake the exam within 30 days from the first failed exam in order to qualify for the above reimbursement. This policy made student loss confidence on the test and lost 2 strikes out of 3 for PMP exams within a year, per application.
I researched and haven't found anyone could pass the exam within 30 days or 60 days from scratch and with that poor guidance and training.
It has been two months since I took and passed the Green Belt Six Sigma exam, and yet they are still charging me $35 USD per month for what??
I'm trying to stop this nonsense. Is there a higher authority where I can lodge a complaint?
I have joined them for ITIL, till the time u take admissions they are like everything is for u kind of but once admissions is taken no follow up and service given to me. For some reason I couldn't complete my courses in given time duration, I asked them to increase the expiry date and enable the link, I even didn't use my exam vouchers but they started asking me to enroll again or pay the $120.
While the extending the duration is not big deal and can me made with no extra charge this I have enquired in other institutions as well. Please research and go before paying them.
Worst customer service ever, I am still waiting for them to reply to my tickets.
I would give them a number below 0 if I had the option to. I have been trying to maintain my certification and inorder to do so, i have to transfer my certification from one account to another, which has yet to be done. This is ridiclious.
Ordered a Scrum Study manual. They were quick to charge my credit card and slow to ship. We also opened several "tickets" thru customer support with no help at all. One month later still waiting for an invoice to clear charges on a company credit card. The responses from their so called customer service are a joke. Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They should have more available options to reach out to people. Stay away from VMEdu!!!!
The company boasts best-in-class experience to students however, I have been trying to connect with Customer Support through the VMEdu Customer Support section within the authenticated student space. Its been almost 2 months and I cannot get a Customer Service Rep to communicate beyond "Please let me know how can I help!" This is AFTER I wrote short, medium and long messages explaining the issue. I have never had a custom service experience like this before. Ever. I even attempted to reply to the mail of the person who accepted payment and sent the enrollment information. Still no reply. This is an example of poor and unacceptable customer service. Further, I attempted to schedule my one certification exam and I received an email that I had been confirmed for the time requested. And after several messages, someone finally responds saying that even though I booked the time and received confirmation, VMEdu cannot handle the same day scheduling even though the system allows you to schedule to take the exam as early as 1 minute after scheduling. Ridiculous considering a real person must complete the schedule and include the WebEx link, etc in the meeting invite. Instead the invite comes to your inbox with all details except a missing WebEx URL. How was I suppose to know the process when there is no process communicated from the sales side. I have already given money and waiting to take certification- I do not think I should pay $50 to reschedule an exam that I showed up for but the VMEdu proctor was not available. Its been just shy of 2 months, and believe it or not, I am still trying to get a hold of customer support to respond. I have six support tickets actively open and no one is assisting but yet my course and exam fees are paid in full.

Firstly I paid for the VMEdu Online Course which was a few $$$ use, finished the course. Which said that online exam is included as part of the course fee. Behold - lies. Had to pay an additional $$$ USD for to scheduled the exam !! Finally the day of the exam I logged in one hour earlier to check connection etc. Scam again !
There is no WebEx meeting Invite, no host ID and the Exam link just turns to a 'grey' lettering 'Please Join the WebEx to take the test' !!
There is no support number you can call. Only by email! Seems like Ive wasted time studying and no exam yet !!
Also when you read about the course it says Practice Tests after each chapter and 1 reference material (THERE WAS NONE !).
The person who trained me was more than 1 hr late on the last day and the exam time move up 30minutes earlier. The trainer read line-by-line from the book with 100% Indian accent and he told us he is from a marketing side, not a trainer.
Many weeks passed after the exam, I didn't receive my certificate. I emailed them - no response. I called them, the secretary told me someone will return my calls and never did until I sent them the email to let them know I will contact the Consumer Affairs Department to complaint.
It took them 12 weeks to deliver my certificate with too many excuses, they didn't even know how to post the certificate properly, as a result the certificate I received was damaged. I reported to my organisation to stay away from this super bad company.
This company based in India and been trying to expand their market to overseas, their quality standard is NOT the same as Developed Country quality standard. So, watch out.
ITILstudy has excellent quality study material and best instructors. I am thankful to them for helping me in clearning ITIL foundation exam.
I have taken a ITIL foundation training with ITILstudy and have been able to pass ITIL foundation exam with flying colours. They have been a excellent training provider..I will highly recommend PMstudy for PMP exam prep.

The course was well paced with the right mix of lecture, test and homework activities.The study materials were detailed yet specific with real world examples.

The training experience was so so. The study material provided was comprehensive but the fast pace of instructor made it very difficult to understand concepts at times.
I believe that covering all topics is pretty difficult for someone who is new to the ITIL framework but the trainer did an excellent job. I was actually not sure at what location will I be attending the class but the office support of ITILstudy made it pretty easy for me to book just 3 days before the training. Excellent study materials. Loved the case study and role-plays while training. Great experience and learning.
The course duration should be at least 4-5 days. I liked the training methods and especially the role-plays and case studies but I was a bit exhausted by the end of the training. It would have been better if we could study a portion of the study material before coming to the training. I scored 37 which is impressive and thanks to ITILstudy.
Very good study material with an excellent trainer to deliver the training. Covered all knowledge area and bestowed his experiences while training. A fair attention to all members present in the class. Small class size and located at convenient location. I really do like their confidence of money back guarantee as I witnessed why they give it, "no room of error or negligence". I have already recommended ITILstudy at my work and will to others as well.
