Great games, excellent service
I regularly pre-order Switch games from Itemdrop, and they always provide excellent choice, service and prices. It’s great to find an online store where you can get a reply from a knowledgeable human instead of going round in circles with a chat bot. Highly recommended for anyone who’s into gaming!

Itemdrop are my favourite place to buy games - the last being Resident Evil Requiem, which was £5 cheaper than anywhere else AND came with the lenticular sleeve. Great prices, fast (and free!) shipping, fantastic loyalty scheme, and the loveliest staff ever - they even contacted me once to say that they'd managed to negotiate a better price on an item I'd preordered, so were refunding me the difference! Totally unexpected, and really made my day. Unlike most smaller videogame retailers, they also keep you informed when a preorder shipping date changes. I'm really glad to be able to support a genuinely small, family-run business in this day and age, too - would much rather purchase here than some bigger companies, and the fact they're usually better-priced makes it an absolute no-brainer. Heartily recommend to everyone.

Excellent customer service
My initial order didn't turn up for Christmas (I ordered it early but it got lost in the post).
I emailed back and forth, communication was excellent and I received a refund. I was emailed to say some more had come back in stock so I reordered and they upgraded delivery to 24 hours and I received it.
Over all they turned a bad experience around with their excellent customer service and I was happy in the end.
