Purchase arrived in a timely manner as noted in the review the box was damaged. in transit. I have not fitted the equipment hopefully there is no damage. I have taken photographs of how the package looked upon receipt

A really good product good people to deal with very helpfull.but i wont be buying any more of your product only because of your transport aust post . I ordered a item that i didnt received i got lied to by aust post so wont deal with them again . Im sorry to say you have lost me as a customer only because of aust post which is very disapointing.

Great product quick delivery

I ordered small power supply to run my laptop and charge my phone and camera batteries when camping.
It’s a great product. Easy to use. Display is informative and easy to read. The power supply only weighs about 4kgs and doesn’t take up much room.
Arrived in quick time and was well packaged and undamaged. I also have an iTechworld jump starter pack which works really well. Highly recommend this organisation and their products.

1. I am happy with your products, but their are some improvements you could consider, (a) provide a built in trolley, instead, of having to purchase one and not advertise it, this causes issues, due to the manual then says do not turn Gen more than 45 degrees?, vertical / horizontal?, please explain, as it then makes fitting Trolley later is to say the least not easy, especially when you don’t describe fully what maybe the problem, - most good Gens come with trolley now.??
(B) There was no, communication following the purchase of the trolley,- no tracking #, I had to go to the nearest PO to get the Trolley, as I was not at home when it arrived,
(C) Trolley in my opinion is necessary with this 3.5kw , and also note that the trolley itself is a very good unit .
