I spoke to Jac Sandecki regarding a problem on my laptop. Unfortunately it was a hardware problem but he was so helpful not only trying to resolve issue for me but also in his advice. I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.

Highly efficient and rapid diagnosis of one problem that was fixed promptly and another that required installation of new mail software and has proved most satisfactory. I have used IT Code several times over the last few years and have found them excellent in all respects in addressing both hardware and software issues with my PC. Jacek is a very experienced guy and is very quick in identifying any computer problems you may have. He can provide support remotely or in your home where necessary.

Really helpful. Very quick to respond - ideal when you have a potentially catastrophic hard disk problem. Solution within 24 hours and then 24 hours to salvage data and repair. Really impressed.
