First class company. Can't recommend enough.
I locked myself out, so called these guys who there in 10 minutes. They opened the door in minutes with out fuss, mess or damage.
Very reasonable prices & 100% professional.

Done it again and left keys indoors. Called Meir from ITCC Locksmiths who was beside me in within 20 minutes, 5 minutes later was back inside. Good price and speedy, what more can you ask for at 11.30 at night. Thank you Meir and ITCC Locksmiths.

Terrible. They told me 15 minutes and were still not with me over an hour later. When I cancelled after over an hour and told them they should tell the truth they said, “you can’t be serious”.

If people do not tell the truth why trust the service

Quoted me around £48 for labour and around £20/30 pounds for cylinder lock to change, I had two locks to be changed and ended up paying just over £400 inc. VAT.

Not happy, please avoid unless u r paying what u have been quoted over the phone, and don’t forget they add VAT as well.

I called Oren who was unable to come out and his dad Meir came to solve the problem I had with the patio doors. The bottom lock was stuck. Meir resolved the issue and I am now able to open the patio doors. He was very polite, efficient and explained the problem with the lock. The call out and repair was very reasonably priced and I paid by card which was great.

Brilliant service, cannot be more thankful to them! I recently got locked out of my shop after a water leak from the flat upstairs cut all power to the shop! Which meant I couldn't open the shutters. They quickly came to my rescue, removing the front of the shop to reveal the manual winder so I eventually gained access. Thank you again! Would definitely recommend!!

Honest Locksmiths. Managed to Get us back into our apartment without needing to break the banham lock. We’re told by another company they couldn’t do so without breaking and changing the lock. ITCC could have easily said the same, charged us treble what we ended up paying them but they managed to get us in without damaging the existing lock. Thank you for your honesty, saving us hundreds of pounds and doing a great job for us!

My son snapped his front door key in the lock at 2am Saturday!!
I researched local locksmith’s and called Itcc in Sidcup at 9am!
I was greeted by a courteous gentleman Meir whom turned out to be the Main Man!
He was at my home by 9:40am in Welling……New fitted lock and gone by 10:10am!!

When my elderly neighbour locked herself out of her house, ITCC Locksmiths were very helpful and understanding. The owner shut his shop immediately, came to her house and managed to open the door. He said there was no charge due to the circumstances.

DO NOT USE.

I called as I had locked myself out and was told that a locksmith would be there in 25 minutes and the cost would be £59.

The locksmith arrived 45 minutes later. He looked at the door and told me it was a very complicated job. He then quoted £460 plus VAT. I queried this pointing out the lock was in fact a Yale lock and whilst I’m not an expert it didn’t seem that complicated. The locksmith was insistent. I pointed out that £460 plus lock to change a lock would be ridiculously expensive. The locksmith insisted it wasn’t at which point I asked him to leave believing that I was being ripped off.

Turns out I was right as the second locksmith I called attended and opened the Yale lock in less than 10 seconds. This cost £155.

I called the company to complain twice hoping for some sensible engagement. Each time I was told no manager was available. The second time I was told there was no record of any booking and I must have the wrong company.

UPDATE - ITCC - I am not removing the review irrespective of how many times you update the request to say that I do. I have records of the phone calls and a record of the call from your locksmith who called from a mobile number.

You told me there was no record of the job as no work was completed. No work was completed on the basis of your astonishing quote. I will be contacting trading standards.

FURTHER UPDATE:

It’s astonishing that you were aware of the job the first time I called to complain and only stated that you had no record when I called a second time again asking for a manager and said that I was calling trading standards. The review is correct and will stand. As stated above I will complain to trading standards and this disgraceful behaviour (I think the modern term is gaslightling) has only served to convince me that such a report clearly is necessary.

Please note that ITCC uses other locksmith's companies depending on the zone ( I was not aware). I had a faulty locker, they sent Lock services London Ltd, and although the work was done they charged 787.30£ for 1h30min of work (installing a new locker and drilling). The call out was 89£ and not 49£ as mentioned on the phone). They also don't tell prices over the phone, so don't use them or you will have a surprise at the end, like I had. Ah and the locksmith told me that I had a discount...not sure were...

Sebastian went above and beyond to help me with a lockout issue and I could not be more than helpful. Great friendly guy and difficult to find great guys like this! Honestly can’t thank him enough and deserves every bonus coming his way! Seriously.

We wanted a second lock fitted to our front door for added security. Meir arrived shortly after calling. Prompt service, courteous manner. Work completed efficiently, well pleased.

Went to the ITCC Locksmiths shop today. Very friendly very helpful staff made me feel I wasn't silly asking questions had what I needed and to my surprise told me they can come and fix my door within the hour. Turned up on time very friendly and done a fantastic job Would highly recommend.
