Cancelling order after payment

Cancelling order after payment claiming "weather conditions", but only for specific items.
Bought a CPU for a good deal, it appears the seller completely cancelled it, backtracked, and increased the price by +150€. They claimed that the weather conditions were too poor to deliver the item in time. It appears I bought something else from them in the same time (with another ebay account), and the item was magically not cancelled, probably because it was not as much of a good deal.

They then completely ignored my messages via ebay and did not even leave me the choice to postpone for the so-called "bad weather conditions".

From what I could see on their ebay review, they've done the same thing to multiple customers in France, Italy and Germany already.

Atrocious and unethical, I wouldn't recommend their services.
