Good reactions to contingencies
My package was delayed due to responsibilities of the logistic company and ItalyBite personnel was always available to support.
Few items got unfortunately ruined during the long transportation and they were promptly refound with a voucher - good service!
Only recommendation would probably be to use a packaging "delays" proof - it was a shame to have some delicious food wasted!

Italy Bite is spectacular!
When I found out about Italy Bite through Italy Magazine, I was so excited! A dream come true, finally a company selling artisanal Italian products that can be shipped to the US and for a decent price! As much as I love my Italian products, I jumped on ordering! For my first order, I decided to order a big birthday box full of delicious foods for my Mother's birthday! Everything arrived on time and everything was delicious! ( You can really tell that they take pride and joy in what they are doing here and with the products they are choosing to sell! ) My mother loved the products as well! What a great gift idea!
We decided right then and there that we would definitely be ordering with Italy Bite again soon! The delivery box was even nice!
Wonderful Company doing fabulous work. Great customer service and products! Highly recommend!!

Quality products with outstanding service.
Very helpful customer service which was very reassuring since I was ordering from Australia to have something delivered to Parma in time for Christmas in the middle of a global pandemic!! And the feedback from the recipients was excellent - they enjoyed all the items so I can’t be any happier. Would highly recommend Italy Bite - excellent quality and service and worth the price.

Il pacco viene ricevuto con 7 gg di ritardo, ce ne scusiamo grandemente, ma purtroppo sotto Natale con i problemi che hanno avuto i corrieri in Italia può accadere
Per tutto il periodo il cliente è stato in contatto con Umberto Resp. Customer care e direttamente con me CMO aziendale.
Ricevuto il pacco ieri 28 dicembre lamenta una mancanza (11,90 €) che ha noi non risulta, fotografiamo tutti i pacchi in partenza.
Ci sentiamo con il cliente ed addirittura facciamo una video call per rassicurarlo della nostra professionalità; inoltre, visto che partiamo dalla buona fede dei clienti, rimborsiamo prontamente l'importo (accredito già avvenuto nella giornata stessa di ieri).
Ci scusiamo per l'accaduto (il ritardo è grave, anche se non a noi dovuto), ma la recensione ci sembra oltremodo penalizzante per il servizio offerto, ma d'altronde dobbiamo accettarlo. :)

Special gift for my son!
My son is studying in Italy and I live in Texas. Unfortunately because of the pandemic we are not able to visit him. Wanting to send him something special for Christmas, I was thrilled to discover Italy Bite. He loved his food box and everything was handled with great care. I will definitely order again!

A nice treat from home!
Great online shopping experience with vast selection of genuine Italian products. Our order was well packed and promptly shipped. We received it in London in a week with DPD.
The customer service experience was really positive. Great communication and a nice personal touch on emails and messages from Umberto.
The products are all excellent and we honestly recommend Italy Bite to whom is looking to receive a nice treat from Italy!

Good but disappointed
I am rather disappointed because the packaging was not as stated on the website, which is as follows:
"The packaging itself was designed in such a way as to ensure that products arrive intact and fresh. The isothermal packaging is 5 cm thick and the exterior cardboard box, which is 1 cm thick, adds a further layer of insulation."
There was no isothermal packaging 5cm thick...just a cardboard box which made some products turn soggy.
In addition I sent two emails complaining about this...but received no reply.
Otherwise the goods arrived the next day, which is good.
