It's our 3rd one. The quality and colors are great, and the price (when on sale) is phenomenal. They are vibrant, the lettering is clear and bold and the buckle works nicely. We live on the ocean, so the buckle gets a little scratched and corroded over time, but still works! Very happy customers!

I purchased the collar for my puppy and having no experience with your site, I didn't know what to expect, but it was a great price. I liked that I could customize it and when I received the collar, I was so very pleased. It is durable and really pretty. It is a sturdy metal clasp and the engraving is beautifully executed. It's a quality item from a great site. It did not disappoint and it looks cute on my pup.

I have ordered 3 of these harnesses for my Golden Retriever. Love the fact that they fit well & have my phone number so prominently displayed. Had great service from them. The second (blue camo) did have defective stitching on the very top when delivered-where its like a handle near the chrome hook so I had to cut the stitching on the other side & move it entirely so it would not flop. Otherwise, I strongly recommend.

Great quality, sturdy material and bright lettering. It was a bit bigger in size, should have gone with a medium. It does help with the "pulling" my dog does which is why I purchased to begin with.

Great product, made very well. Ordered a large based on the measurements given and it’s too big-wish it could be exchanged. Love that the name/phone number is so prominent. Only used twice-doesn’t completely stop the pulling but definitely better than the usual walk.
