Italian Shoes Company 

I have had four shoes made from Italian shoes company, it was a pleasant experience every time, shoes r of excellent quality both in style & comfort. I would like to mention Ms Riya Gupta specifically for providing Amazing after sale service. Such employees r asset to any organisation & they should b applauded. She probably went out of her way to provide exact shoes to the last detail the way I wanted them. I can assure anybody ordering shoes from them will have a pleasant experience. Look for Ms Riya Gupta while placing your orders.

Good quality leather, the designs are as shown on their website. Shoes are comfortable and the packaging is also distinct from the usual brands.

One of the worst company I have ever came across , they are very good at fraud … they took money from me delivered wrong product and literally made me wait for 7 months , I got the product after 7 months and they made call them 3-4 times every day and after 7 months product was not up to the mark it looked cheap , I paid 8000 for some cheap shoe build quality of shoe is also very bad !

Product was specifically made according to size specifications and delivery experience was smooth.

Nice shoes and great experience

Fraud company, they cheat with providing you misinformation to convince and make you pay, once your payment is done, they keep fooling you & then ask you to pay more for the same product which one may have discussed/ordered, in my case i paid 10K and they sent me a receipt of only 5K with the incomplete product. The sales person "Rahul" who was coordinating the order just vanished when i asked him for the incomplete product and everytime it was some other person, whom i had to explain everything over and over again. Dont waste your money guys, these punjabi frauds had another company with the name of weekend boots, that just got closed off for the same fraudulent reasons.

Boots are nice. But but wide at the front per size Standard. Looking at the pic on website felt the same and had specifically requested to narrow the boots from front. Loose a bit at the front part of foot. However, overall material quality and finishing is top class. Am still receive the freebies which were supposed to be delivered with the order. Customer service has already logged-in the request and assured that the freebies will be delivered once they are in stock. Thanks ISC.

They delivered bigger size, shoes look like a cheap knock off of the photo on their website, several shoe care items were included in the order which were not delivered. For replacement they are asking us 70% of the cost which wasnt mentioned anywhere on their website and for the undelivered items they said it has been delivered and they have stopped responding.

Im very disappointed with the way you guys have treated me as a customer. I am sending by email attachment the photo of the shoes ordered & what has been supplied. Both are not matching at all.

The lady on the phone, Ms Simran, was not ready to agree that the shoes are different & it took another 3 days for her to get back to me, saying that I have to pay another Rs 7500.00 to get the shoes exchanged for a new one. Nowhere on your webpage it has been mentioned that the exchange will take another Rs 7500.00. I understand, refund is not possible, but exchange is possible, I have copied the same from your website as below :

Our refund policy is extremely seamless. However, these considerations are to be noted:As our products are exclusive and are hand made in pure Italian leather , we make products after confirmation is done on call and advance payment is paid. So confirmation amount is required on every order , our customer support experts will call you once you place order online for your perfect product size and fitting.
1) We can only accept for exchange items that are in factory mint condition and in their original packaging. Shoes must not have any wear/scuff marks on the outsole or upper, and must not have been altered in any way. Belts must not have been cut, holes added, or altered in any way. Items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Please understand, making a fool of your customer is not going to get you good name in the market. Your lady was rude & she was not ready to take the blame. Instead shes asking another set of payment, which is ridiculous.

Under the circumstances, I am returning the shoes to your Chandigarh Office. Please keep you shoes & my money and enjoy.

Satisfy with the quality and service of the company.

It’s been almost an year of ordering for Italian shoes company and I must say they have been amazing at providing affordable high end fashion in comparison to many luxury brands ( and i mean it when I say this because most luxury brands have same quality with such high prices). The shoes look amazing, they have retained shape after many uses. I think the best part would be that getting style along side comfort is something very rare but i have found it with them.. so overall am definitely satisfied and would love to order more stuff from them.

It is a wonderful experience to shop from the website .products are totally worth it and waited 7 days and got the delivery with the proper shoe care kit
