Wrong shoes delivered

Wrong shoes delivered. My order no 702536, wrong shoes delivered on 6th January 2026. Still no one had come for exchange till today…repeated email to support@italeum is to no avail.

My order number is 10024933

My order number is 10024933. They delivered the wrong shoe and are delaying the return pick up(courier is not available is what they said). Whenever I call they stop answering from that number. Highly mis-managed. I hope they figure their stuff out. this has been going on for 3 weeks now. I don't think anybody should trust buying from them.

Unhappy Experience

1. I ordered a size 44 (XL) of vixen leather. When I opened the package after making payment, it was a dark brown blazer with a size 44 tag wrongly attached whereas it was actually size 40.
2. Tremendous delays in delivery and usually, the telephones provided in the company site are not answered.
3. The site wrongly claims that company experts will get in touch after order is placed, to ensure proper fitting. No one calls.
4. The package seemingly lay for days together at the courier/ despatch end with no reason being given.

5. Somebody called Pushpit (True Caller identity) rings up to say that the package will be delivered in 3-4 days. This does not happen for many days after that and no one responds when the Pushpit number is called.
