Sadly I need to reiterate the reviews…

Sadly I need to reiterate the reviews below. How someone can take money during a time like this and scam people and still be able to sleep at night is beyond me. I hope that this awful man is prosecuted and never does this to anyone again.

Do not buy from this company
I ordered since beginning of May. Its never arrived. Contacted them by email they said they are busy with orders and my order on its way and send me a lable with fake tracking.

SCAMMERS…

ORDERED BUCATINI FOR A PRESENT 8 MAY 2020
AT A COST OF £30/12 PACK. LIKE PREVIOUS REVIEWERS RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION INVOICE AND EMAIL FROM DAVID.
DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTSTO HAVE MONEY REFUNDED HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING.

Stay well clear

Exactly the same as the other reviews. Very poor service and my order still hasn’t arrived after 5 weeks of placing it. Happy to take the money though straight away. Been strung along that it is on its way by Royal Mail. Very limited and basic responses via email and also cannot be contacted by phone. Would never use again and have given up on my order arriving.

Extremely Poor Experience with Unprofessional Company

I would honestly give no stars if I could. I placed an order on 17th April with this company and was strung along for a month waiting for it to arrive when all I wanted to do is cancel it from the beginning. I was told it was 'on the way' multiple times and when it finally did arrive it was the wrong product at the wrong quantity and was in a disgusting and mouldy state which I suspect cannot be completely blamed on the improper packaging or lack of effort to keep this refrigerated product cold during transit. No refund was offered or any attempt to rectify the situation so please please avoid this company at all costs - you will not have a good experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I’ve been waited for 1 month to get my order, upon arrival there were wrong items and also missing items.
I had to contact them and they supported that the missing items have been replaced. NOT TRUE AT ALL!
After asked for a refund the customer service refund me on a wrong card, has been always very difficult to speak with them, chat is always very short and answer very short.

…TERRIBLE AVOID

Avoid this company they sent 12 wrong items , did not respond to messages or offer to do anything about the error. Initially I just wanted to arrange an exchange but I now have items I do not like or want , and they have my money, the items were not cheap TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

VERY BAD

VERY BAD. I am sorry I did not see the previous reviews, otherwise I would have never ordered. I have received not even half of the products I ordered and paid for. No answers to my emails. No answers to my phone calls.

Scam company, Avoid!!

Avoid this company! I had ordered on their online store, (also called Naturali and Italian Food Online on Google Maps) 45 kgs of very specific types of flours and brands and I received a shipment that contained NONE of the items I ordered, a much cheaper and only one type of the flours than what I paid for and even 5kgs less of it!!! Tried to contact them for over a month now and NEVER received a reply to sort this out. I still have the goods unopened in my house and offered to send them back if they organize a collection and get a full refund. No reply.
They responded on a Google Maps review saying they had been contacting me via email which is not true and that “I should be happy I got what I got and not complain about the brand”.
Actually as a consumer I have every right to receive what I paid for and not something else - plus much cheaper and in an inferior quantity that what I ordered. Imagine to go to Tesco and pay for 45kgs of “taste the difference” Manitoba flour and you get the cheapest white flour in return, and even just 40kgs of it. What arrogance.
Quick to take the money but terrible customer service in sorting issues.
And before the owner comes back saying that this is a “fake” or can’t find the order as he did with others below, my order number is 32868, placed on March 29th 2020.

These guys are bad

These guys are bad. Very unprofessional. They sent a product opened and in a very poor state. They only have an answer machine and will never come back to you. Do not buy with them.

Be very cautious

Would actually give zero stars but not possible. Ordered products one month ago and money was taken from my card straight away. One month later (and well past stated usual delivery times), no products received and company is not responding to my emailed enquiries or answerphone messages although website site still active. I should have spotted warning signs earlier: no physical address on website and only answerphone number provided. Have drawn attention of my card company to my problem but in the meantime, be VERY cautious about placing any orders with this company!

Update 5th March : Companies House search shows company was dissolved on October 15th last year! Got my money back from VISA today though.

Update 2: Owner of this company (Davide Toffoli) registered a new company on March 1st 2020 at Companies House with a similar but very slightly different name, having previously dissolved a company working in the same business just a few months ago. Be careful.
