6 emails sent, no responses

6 emails sent, only one answered. 9 days to send the package, and supposedly today they did... but no prove that they sent it. They charge you 6 euros for the delivery and there's no tracking number. They also charge you 5 euros to pay by card...

Incredible. I used to love Shayanashop. But it's gone baaaaaaaaaad.

Will change my opinion if they do something about it. So far... Horrible service. And I don't believe they actually sent the order

2 orders "lost" and no refund

2 orders "lost" and no refund. First time customer. Also happened to a friend. Be very careful to order.
They could improve by sending things but I suspect it's a scam.
