I purchased two ITagPro trackers expecting the "real-time GPS tracking" advertised by the company. What I received was a product that would barely maintain a connection beyond about 20 feet. The trackers essentially stopped working once they were outside the immediate Bluetooth range, making them completely useless for the purpose I purchased them for.

The product itself was disappointing, but the customer service experience was even worse.

After reporting the issue immediately, I was told by customer support that the devices were defective, that I did not need to return them, and that I could dispose of them while my refund was being processed. Weeks later, after repeated follow-up emails, different representatives suddenly changed the story and told me I needed to return the products to receive a full refund. The problem? I had already disposed of them based on their own instructions.

Instead of honoring the refund I was originally promised, the company repeatedly offered partial refunds of 25%, then 45%, then 70%, despite the fact that the products did not work as advertised and their own team had instructed me not to return them. I spent over a month chasing answers, receiving contradictory responses from multiple representatives, and repeatedly explaining the same situation.

If you are considering buying ITagPro, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Between the poor tracking performance and the exhausting customer service experience, this has been one of the most frustrating online purchases I have ever made. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and choose a different tracker company.

1 star: Dishonest upsell, double charge, no cart review page.

Ordered 1 iTagPro tracker but was charged twice for 5 units without my clear consent.

There was NO cart review page before payment, which is a major red flag. Items were upsold without a proper checkout confirmation step.

I emailed them immediately to cancel but was told the order was already sent out. It’s conveniently fast for a company that took days to respond to everything else.

The product that arrived was a generic "Smart Tag" from asistanta.com (completely different from what was advertised). When I asked where to return items and whether they would cover costs, they went completely silent.

Multiple agents gave contradictory answers and clearly don't communicate internally. Had to escalate to PayPal and fight for 4 days.

Product is Bluetooth only. It is NOT real GPS as advertised.

Word of advice to other buyers Never purchase from sites that redirect you immediately to PayPal checkout without a cart review page. Use a credit card with two-factor authentication, or keep your PayPal wallet at $0. If checkout feels rushed or sketchy, do exit immediately.

Avoid at all costs.

Customer service is good but item did not work as I expected it to so I requested a refund

Ordered 2 tags. Invoice was 2 tags and they added another tag ,a case and expensive warrenty. Called to cancel within 3 minutes They told me it was processed and too late to cancel. Called the phone number Couldn't not get anyone to answer. What was 60.00 is now 130.00 with add on.
SHOULD OF CHECKED REVIEWS. I will dispute on my cc

Do not waist your time with this company. I ordered 4 tags but when checking out apparently hit a button to double my oreder, I called them immediately and was told that there was nothing they could do, I would have to return the extras if I didn't want them. My order was destroyed at customs on their end so I asked for a full refund, which they agreed to. However they instead re-shipped my order and I have been trying to get them to give me a return address to ship the tags back for of almost 2 weeks now, they offered me a 25% refund and I keep the tags, I rejected their offer and now they are not responding to my emails.

It's 0 stars, everything went wrong!! I was buying 1 and ended up with 7; I sent I don't know how many emails; they offered 20%, then 40% and 70% discount!!? I refused and never got an answer or a refund. And beside that, the Bluetooth tracker is rubbish! Don't ever order from these people, they are thieves.!!!!!!

Purchased 4 instead of 1. Immediately contacted the company to ask for my order to be amended, they said it couldn’t be done. Received and returned items within 48 hours of delivery. Four weeks since items were delivered to the company I am still waiting for my money back.

Everybody is right!! It is a scam and mine lasted 2 months before i finally got a refund( millions of msgs to paypal, itag pro people eho ignore you and pretend they going to help you) they add extra charges and this tag IS RUBBISH not good for anything, if you get scammed go to trading standards!! Everything is a lie.

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is NOT A GPS TRACKER as advertised, only Bluetooth so useless for tracking anything that’s not in same room, certainly not any use for tracking a lost pet. I sent mine back ( unfortunately got sucked in by website after my dog ran off , since found thank god) . Read it was useless so did not open it and sent back tracked the next day. I then sent around 40 emails trying to get refunded before I contacted PayPal who refunded me immediately. Save yourself the hassle and do not order. Proper gps trackers cost around £ 120 or less plus a subscription. DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Paid extra for fast post, took nearly 4 weeks to actually post. Thought we were buying an Aus product, totally misled via website. Thought we were buying gps trackers. Again, website misled us. App is in Chinese!!! And they're nothing better than crappy Bluetooth trackers for a giant price (in USD, also not clear). Thought we were buying 3, ended up with 7 of these crap things. $300+ Aus $ right down the drain. And worse, PayPal are protecting them!!!! Buyer beware, do not deal with this company!!!!!!

Terrible devices and really poor "customer service". Fob you off and don't issue refunds. You will be throwing your money away.
No refund. Nicely worded responses but no action. Just delaying tactics until you give up.
The response requesting more information on this thread is typical of the whole scam setup. You have had proof or returns which you refused to acknowledge saying it had gone missing. Post office proof of delivery was given numerous times. Promise after promise of a refund. None received . Usually at least a two week delay before another "sincere" apology making more empty promises. Offers of letting me keep the "gps" trackers and giving me a percentage refund . No thank you. I wanted working gps trackers. Still waiting since I returned purchases months ago. Promised me a full refund then offered me about £12 pound less saying it was the full refund amount when I paid nearly £90. No refund. More words. No action. Small claims court action will be initiated.

I accidentally ordered 5 extra airtag s because the payment went through automatically before I could review the order. I contacted them immediately but they said they could not cancel the extra 5 tags because they had already been sent. This was not possible as I didn't get tracking details until 4 days after placing the order. They advised I could return the unwanted items for a refund. I have done this and they were received 7 days ago according to the tracking records and I still have not received the promised refund or had a reply to my request re when my money will be refunded. I think this company is a scam.
Edit:- 6/8/23. I had to resort to a PayPal claim to achieve a partial refund for the returned itags.
I still have not received the promised refund from itag pro for the 9 extended warranties I did not want and were billed to me. This was agreed to on 2 previous emails from itag pro representatives.

My daughter told my wife she only wanted one item and she was charged for 8. she tried to cancel the order and they told us they are not able to, even though it was within 20 minutes of the initial order. Be careful of what you agree to order.
