I've only placed a few orders with this company, but every single one has been perfect. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchases and will definitely continue to shop here. The shipping times have also been very reasonable.

I quite like the selection and the app design. In fact the app overall is quite nice.
I have to say that very often prices are not so competitive and what’s more you need to pay the shipment which doesn’t come out in favor. Return policy too isn’t that good: I used once and I remember I needed to pay for the shipment, that’s why now I only buy when I’m absolutely sure.
A very good thing is that you use GLS as a courier which allows you to change delivery place in case you can’t be available.
I think that if you can improve the 2-3 pain points than it will help to make Privalia one of the best in the market.

To me the only thing to improve is the size reference because sometimes they don’t match those of the producer

I purched a couple of stuff and I always got a good price. The only cons is the shipping which took a couple of weeks.

The sizes and descriptions of the items on the website do not correspond to the current sizes. In the last order, a women's sweatshirt size M corresponded to a men's XXXL. In the same order an item was described as a pullover and instead I received a blouse. The costs and conditions of return are not convenient for the buyer who has always pay the cost of shipping of the goods

I often use Privalia's service for purchasing brands and have always appreciated both the convenience and prompt delivery. Even when I had a problem with a purchase, I was able to return it without any problems. For me, it's an excellent e-commerce site.

Delivery time is too long, being the shops in Italy

The site is good, with good brands and interesting proposals. Usually the description of the product is reliable to the quality/materials. The only dissapointment is delivery terms that, in my opinion, are not organized at all (best choosing a collecting poit instead of home delivery because there is no reliable contacting/tracking the delivery time).

The web Page has a lot of very good deals. I never had a problem and the return is always smooth.

I bought shoes and they arrived perfectly as I ordered. It takes unfortunately too long from the order until the delivery of the items.
