Great experience!

The item was exactly as shown in the advertising.
Also, despite a mistake in the delivery address (I put the wrong country), Customer Service has been more than helpful: quick replies, continuous assistance and a new shipment arranged!

Very good experience

Very good experience, the item is really nice, cared for the packaging and the shipping was fast! Also the customer service very kindly fixed immediately a problem I had (my fault).

Elephant Plate

I relied on Callie 🫶 for a gift for my nephew
I'm really happy ❤️ they were very quick in delivering and carrying out my request, with the name engraved on the "elephant" plate and in the cutlery, plus the bowl,
beautiful bamboo objects
So much seriousness

Perfect product - Delayed delivery

The personalized beach towel is perfect and of good quality. I had problem with the delivery that was delayed of around 10 days due to a delay of the Italian courier, but I have to say that the customer service was very fast in solving the situation

Perfect bday gift idea

I ordered it as a gift for a friend and she loved it! The colors are great and so is the drawing and the quality of the material. Plus, it arrived two days before the expected date!
