The shirt arrived well packed and in perfect condition. High quality material and design with attention to detail. Unfortunately I mistakenly bought a size a bit too large, but I hope to be able to tighten the shirt by moving the button that closes it. The only flaw is the really long delivery time, but for such beautiful items I can wait!

After checking with the courier, the tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made on the 6th, but the parcel could not be successfully delivered. According to the courier’s feedback, this can happen if the delivery details (such as address or phone number) are incomplete or incorrect, or if the courier was unable to make contact at the time of delivery. We understand that you were at home, and unfortunately these situations can still occur due to local courier handling issues.
We have already sent you a private message with the local tracking number and contact details for the courier (IMILE), who can assist with inspection and arranging redelivery as soon as possible. In many cases, the parcel is held at a local facility and can be quickly released once contact is made.
Please rest assured that we are not ignoring this matter. If the parcel cannot be successfully delivered after these steps, we will of course work with you on an appropriate solution.
