We’re sorry that the item arrived in this condition and with missing parts.

As explained in our email correspondence, our supplier checked the remaining stock and found the same issues, so unfortunately we cannot provide a replacement. We have offered you a full refund and sent a prepaid return label so you can return the item at no cost.

We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment.
