Bitgenius not working
I bought Bitgenius a software for recovery data. It did not work. I could not perform the process because it always got stuck.
I asked for a refund, but I could not have a refund.
The support team asked me for a screenshot of the problem, but then I got no answer.

I have been working in IT support for 30 years. I purchased Isunshare's Windows Password reset software. It did not work.
Their site clearly states "we offer a 30 day money back guarantee". I asked for a refund and they refused.
Avoid this disgraceful company at all costs.

Product Key Finder is not fit for purpose
They make the following claim about the Product Key Finder: "It can work with any computer, even if the computer isn't booted up or the hard disk is crashed. Just with one click, product keys are found."
It does not recover keys from a crashed hard disk. After one month of emails to and fro they could not/would not explain how to recover keys from a non-bootable hard disk. The hard disk was mountable on another OS but was not detected by their software. The only registry that the software could recover keys for was the booted OS.
Their software could not detect any keys on the non-bootable attached hard disk and hence their description was misleading and the software was not fit for purpose.
I would avoid this company and all of their products based on my experience. The claims they make are false and their customer support was very disjointed. It was as-if I was communicating with someone different for every email exchange, trying to explain the basic problem again and again.
Please avoid this company and look elsewhere for key recovery software.
