In my case it worked. After many email exchanges with support, we managed to figure out where one of the problems was, and a new version was released that corrected another problem.

My dad is a senior who is quite vulnerable got locked out of his iphone and no one would help including the store he bought the phone at. At first I couldn't get the program to see his phone, it turned out to be a cable issue not the software. It was the dreaded iphone unavailable, and this software was very detailed and worked perfectly, you guys are Saints!

Didn't work as described to unlock a factory reset android device .. Pretty sure thease cowboys infected me with something that hacked my computer .. PayPal and credit card I used .. Had a night mere after installing ...my instincts was telling me no don't buy I should have trusted them ... Huge nightmare

I just used the Word Password Eraser and it was very quick and effective.

I bought the software in an attempt to recover a Samsung phone that I did not have the Google account for. Initially the software failed but once I involved the support team then I received regular updates and attempted solutions . Sometimes I think the English might have caused a problem with some of the support team but mostly it was ok , after 6 weeks or more of emails back and forth they finally provided a solution that worked . Although this is a long time frame to resolution they did persevere and eventually resolve my issue

Terrible company. I got to a certain point and the software just stopped working. No error message or anything, just stopped. I found much better software that actually works, so I asked for my money back and they refused. Their "guarantee"means nothing.

I needed some software to unlock a Windows 7 PC. After a search on the internet, I came across the Daossoft software. I paid up for the licensed version, however when I downloaded it, it failed to unlock. When researching further, I realised the software I had ordered was for Windows 8 - my mistake. I contacted iSumsoft who sold me the software and they sent me a new link to the Windows 7 version which worked perfectly.

Company spent weeks helping me solve a problem of getting into an older i phone whose password was forgotten. Biggest issue was the phone hadn't been updated so it wasn't recognized by I tunes or the software. Started the process on 6/20.2023 and finally solved it 7/29/2023.

The software I used was for bitlocker description. When it wasn't able to perform the task I asked for a refund. After several emails and run around they are not honoring their money back guarantee. I provided a screenshot that the software did not work for me.

I bought iOS Unlock Software and it was great!
The support was excellent.
When the software didn't work, they sent me a new link and key right away.
I didn't need to use the software because the problem was with my iPhone's touch screen sensor.
The support team responded within 12 hours.
I didn't have to use the software unlock key, but I'm keeping the software to support further development of the software.

I purchased software to reset my Galaxy s8 and it didnt work. I requested a refund and they sent me new software to try which I wasnt willing to use due to a risk to my computer. Again I requested a refund and no answer. Don't purchase from this company unless you know their software works for you. They do not stand by their money back guarantee.
