We travel through Istanbul Airport frequently and have been using the Meet & Greet service there regularly for several years. At one of the largest and busiest airports in the world, it makes an enormous difference whether you navigate the airport on your own or are guided by a professional team.
Everything works remarkably smoothly every time: quick contact, clear communication in advance, and very friendly staff on site who clearly know what they are doing. You are efficiently guided through every step, which saves a great deal of time and stress.
Over the years, it has almost developed into a personal relationship. You can tell that the people working there genuinely care about providing excellent service – even with the enormous passenger volume at Istanbul Airport.

Please review your inquiry. We do not have such a passenger in our records. Also, our reservation number format is different from what you described.
This service is provided by 5-6 different companies at the airport. If you could look into it more closely, you could identify which company it is and write this review for them.
