Small issue with what i ordered through …
Small issue with what i ordered through no fault of their own, and when i called up i had excellent customer service and the issue was rectified straight away, really friendly and care about customer satifaction, i 100% recommend to everyone.

Brilliant service but shipping needs tweaking.
Only problem I have is that the Hot Toys figure shipper box wasn't covered in a shipping bag so had the labels and ghastly packing tape all over it. Also it was visible what the item was so would have liked it shipped in black wrap or a shipping bag so it would have looked like just a generic parcel to keep privacy.
