Fascinating and Great Fun

Daniel's tour is a great way to see and learn a lot about Haifa. Starting on the Louis Promenade with its amazing views we then spent about 1 1/2 hours in the beautiful Baha'i Gardens, on our own as it was Wednesday and closed to the public. After there we entered the German Colony, finishing in the fascinating old area of Wadi Nisnas at lunchtime. Daniel took us to a great falafel bar where some of us had lunch afterwards, a great baklava and sweets shop, a spice and dried fruit shop and Mustapha's coffee and sweets shop with free tasting. Mustapha grinds and blends his own coffee, and I bought a bag to bring home. It's the most flavoursome coffee I've ever tasted and I'm looking forward to returning and getting some more.
