Oh wow, thank you so much for this gorgeous review. It honestly means the world. That steak & stilton is a bit of a labour of love, so hearing you enjoyed every bit of it has absolutely made my day. This was the silver award winner at the British Pie Competition this year.

I hope those cherry pies hit the spot too, they’re little pockets of joy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at the Vale of Glamorgan Show didn’t meet expectations.

We take all comments seriously, and I’m disappointed to learn that our pies and mash didn’t live up to the standard we aim to deliver. We do use high-quality packet mash, chosen specifically for its consistency and reliability at large-scale outdoor events, but I understand it may not be to everyone’s taste. As for our pies, they’re handmade with care and generous fillings, so I’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand more about what went wrong.

We’re constantly reviewing and refining our offering, and feedback like yours helps us do better. If you’d be open to a follow-up conversation, I’d love to hear more, please feel free to reach out directly to info@ispypies.co.uk.
