Bought an Apple Magsafe Battery Pack in June 24, and the mAh capacity was 5000mAh; official product is only 1460 mAh. Packaging was fake, didn't merge with my iPhone's software, and I was unable to verify the serial number on Apple's site. Emailed 5x over 2 weeks to ask for a refund, and no reply.

Had to go through my credit card company for a chargeback!!!

Also wrote a negative review on their site, but of course it wasn't published...

Placed an order but didn't receive anything. Unable to contact the company as their email addresses bounce and their form doesn't work. Thankfully I was able to get my money back from my bank.

Please do not order from this company. You'll receive nothing and lose your money.

WARNING FRAUDULENT SITE - all iSnap4U contact details do not work (please do try them yourself before purchasing to verify what I'm saying is true). The site takes your payment and doesn't provide the goods so you end up having to make a claim via your credit card company. Nice little earner for the fraudsters.

Ordered an iPhone battery pack on 28 July. It has not arrived. Telephone number does not work nor contact on their site . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ITS A SICK SCAM. Wish I had read Trust Pilot Reciews before.

Ordered and paid £70 for 4 apple airtags and am still waiting for them. Tried to phone and email but non-valid numbers and addresses - an absolute SCAM, do not use!

Do not order anything from these robbers. I ordered 2 air tags that have not been sent. You can not contact them in any way, telephone number does not work nor does their email address. I used their message system on their website and no reply. Like other people have said i wish I had checked on here first.

I ordered a 1st generation Apple pencil. Order was delivered on time, however the pencil doesn't stay connected on Bluetooth, and only works intermittently. I tried to located the serial number for the pencil in General settings on my iPad. Apple pencil not showing in settings, so I suspect I've been given a fake product. I've tried to call isnap4U, but goes through to voice mail, so I've left messages and have also emailed them. So far all messages have been ignored. My credit card company have refunded me, and are investigating.
