Credit where it is due. I recently ordered 2 LP's from Island records, within 2 days they were delivered. I stated in my order they were for mother's day and they arrived prompt.

Bought a large bundle of vinyl on black friday deals, they have not honoured any of them and have only just refunded after 4 weeks of not posting out. Unacceptable and won't bother again.

I purchased vinyl on two separate occasions this month from this group and have to say the speed of delivery and the level of care and quality of packaging is amazing. On both occasions the deliveries were fully tracked and received the next morning after posting. I am delighted with my purchases and will definitely be using Island Records again in the future. A brilliant company who know how to deliver a 5 star customer experience. Thank you so much..

I ordered on December 2, 2024 two albums paid in full and paid the international fee totaling $114.98. It gave me a date of arrival to come before Christmas. This was to be for a Christmas gift for a family member who came in town to visit me and now is gone back home as the holidays have come and gone. And still no items delivered yet. This company is garbage. they just updated my product location, and it shows that they didn't even ship the items until December 16, 2024 and no further tracking information is given. BUYER BEWARE this company should not be allowed to sell product. Now I just want my money back as I know I am not getting my purchased items. Will notify my bank and file complaints to organizations and offices to address this company's business practice

Really cool records and music. How ever, Universal is behind this. Can’t manage to give correct info when you order. Gives info that they ship worldwide and all costs looks included when order is placed. No info on custom costs unless you search the page really carefully or contact support.

When complaining they say sorry we can’t control this. Well other companies do and if Universal runs this in the background you expect they do. Now my long over due delivery time record is stuck in customs and 25% overpriced. No, more orders and watch out before ordering unless in UK.
