My sister and I did the Islander Workshop on Candlemaker Row led by Gill and it was so much fun! Gill was so lovely and we are obsessed with the handbags we made! Such a fun souvenir to bring home with us!

It was a great experience. The booking is easy, the staff members (Lucy and Ruby) were really kind and helpful and also gave great instructions. I went there alone, but everyone was really friendly, and know I have a lovely bag to take home!

My wanted to make a purse and I did not want her to sit by herself so I signed up as well and made a wash bag. I was not expecting much as I was there mostly to support my wife. But it was really a good time and the hosts Lauren and Chris were very nice, welcoming and helpful during the process. I would highly recommend this for a unique Scottish experience. And you get a fantastic souvenir as well!

Wonderful staff and fun

I have purchased a couple of times from this company from Australia. Arrives quickly, packed well, quality of the goods is brilliant.
Highly recommend, cannot wait to visit a shop in June when we visit.

Ellie and Chris were wonderful hosts for our handbag making activity. My wife had an amazing time attempting to build her mini satchel while I breezed through my toiletry bag (apparently it was the most challenging since it required 21-23 screws to assemble) I did get an applause which boosted my ego. Definitely recommend trying this out if your wife wants a handbag or if your man needs a toiletry bag…or vice versa
