Ordered a bottle for my friends 21st on the 3rd of January still hasn’t arrived, sent loads of emails which none of them has been answered to. Do not order from this company it’s a scam!

Really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered with them. Order has not arrived nearly 2 months after being placed and they do not answer emails. Now looking into what legal action to take.

The bottle is flimsy and thin beyond belief....i ordered it and it arrived today.my daughter opened it,filled it up and went upstairs.an hour later she came down with the bottle half full and dropped it on the tiled floor by accident.the bottom snapped in half and the actual shell itself split up the side....absolute piece of cheap crap......DO NOT BUY ONE.

It’s a shame there isn’t a 0 stars! Ordered one for a birthday present and not received it and will have a very disappointed child in a few days!! Will be reporting to trading standards and itv. Not responded to any emails.

Ordered a bottle for Christmas on November 27th. It arrived today (January 18th). Sent emails to cancel as it hadn’t even been dispatched but was ignored. Absolute scam of a company. Avoid at all costs

I purchased a Love Island bottle as a Christmas gift. The bottles are advertised for use around a pool. The person I bought it for took it to work and it was knocked off her desk onto carpet tiles and shattered and therefore they are clearly not fit for purpose

SCAM! Please please do NOT order off this company you will not receive your order!!!
They do not answer there emails,there is no telephone number and the company is not registered.
I will be taking this further I will let you know how I get on.

My order is 6 weeks late. I've sent 7 emails and not a single reply. Utterly terrible service. Buy one from Etsy instead.

Island Bottle- this company have very poor customer service. They do not reply to emails/complaints. I received a bottle with damaged lid, I rejected the item and asked for a refund. They replied once to offer a replacement lid - which I accepted, but it has not materialised after many reminders over the last 4 months! I used this company by mistake, thinking it was Love Island website - beware of using island bottle website as they send substandard goods which are not much cheaper than the real thing!

Ordered a bottle around June and still not had it delivered or refunded. I emailed the company on numerous occasions and I had a very blunt reply once asking for my order number and then I heard nothing from them again. They told me they had experienced a large number of orders and they were struggling to get them out on time so there might be a delay. Absolutely shocking customer services, no item delivered and no money refunded. My guess is, it's a scam!

The same as all the other reviews! Ordered bottle in June and as of yet never received it! It's now 14th September. Clearly a scam!

I ordered 2 bottles on 2nd July!
It's now 11th September and still not arrived! I've sent numerous emails chasing them and not had one reply!
I've now instructed my credit card company to try and refund the money!
Would never ever recommend this company! Absolutely appalling service!

Ordered a personalised Love Island Water Bottle on 21st June and paid immediately. Despite numerous emails I have only received one reply saying the bottle had been dispatched and would be with me in 2-4days - that was on 28th July and still have nothing.
Trading Standards will be getting a call next week!

After 10 weeks of waiting I still have not received my order I’ve tried cancelling they’re rip off merchants

Ordered 26th June. Chased and chased but still no delivery. Spoke to bank who managed to revert the payment. Had a text to say bottles despatched but tracking numbers not recognised. Do not order from this company as they are scammers!!!

Ordered one bottle on the 29th June , have emailed several times asking were my bottle is , got told high demand and be patient. I have asked for my money back three times but get no reply. Have had email saying bottle dispatched but doesn’t recognise tracking number. This company is a con and would advise anyone not to give them your money.

Ordered two island bottles on the 7th of July got a confirmation email and have heard nothing since it is the 17th of August now and to say I’m displeased is an understatement. I have send emailed them numerous times and I have not heard back. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I would give this company less than 1 star if I could. Please do not give them any of your hard earned money. I bought 2 bottles as a gift in June, its now 16th August and still nothing. I emailed to find out what was happening and was given a scripted response to explain they were in high demand (Duhhh... did they not expect this..) and I have since asked for a full refund and not heard back.
Awful.
