Order hasn’t arrived, no tracking or answers to my emails

I absolutely love the diy kit but the sides are just too small to build four meals so I’m not sure I’d order unless I found elsewhere in shops. Particularly the wakame, sriracha Mayo and edemame. All used to be double portions.

Highly recommended - food was well packaged, extremely fresh & tasted delicious. Fun evening making it with friends

Normally really good, but on out last time the online order delivered two weeks late. As usual the ingredients delivered were awesome, but only compensation for the delay was a delivery free next order (really this should have been offered on the late order we had just received).

Not sure if I will use again due to their supplier issues and the way the delay was handled, although customer service were quick to respond we weren't quite happy with the solution and delay still.

We ordered the Classic Ahi DIY Kit good for two bowls, it was delicious, fresh and tasty!! However the portion sizes needs to be revised, the size of the tuna portion is for one person only not two, rice enough for 3-4. Other than that it was very nice.

Such good quality and tasty food at an affordable price.

I def prefer in store purchase. But enjoyed it. The sauces came spilled in box, so might want to just adjust that but otherwise quite nice for homemade.

Really tasty. Easy to follow instructions for cooking sushi rice. Came in good time for lunch on the day that was promised. Great service!

The food was really good quality but it was such small portion sizes for the toppings and particularly on the fish. There was lots of sushi rice and a really generous portion of siracha

Got Ahi Tuna which is something we would regularly get when visiting in store. Was exactly as expected when it arrived. Like how the 4 pack is split into 2 pieces as it allows me to make it next day without any worry about the food. Instructions were clear and didn't struggle, its fairly obvious what to do as everyone at Island poke has it setup in terms of weights and portions etc... Already ordered a second to come this week - might make this a standard if we keep working from home as a treat

Sushi home kit was tasty. Some caveats:

Instructions for cooking sushi rice weren't right, had to double cooking time. This was inline with online recipes too.

Fish smelt quite fishy and old even though we ate it the day before expiry date.
