rubbish service ever . they took a long time to get your equipment and they don't even give any confirmation about what's going on . And once you stuck in their trap they charge about 9 euros to cancel desl without any reason.

Super quick reparation of an Iphone X. The front office people were super nice, and in less of 90min, I got notified by SMS on another number to pick the equipment. The location it's near an amazing Park and museum of art, so that 1h and half passed very quickly with a walk in the park without the distraction of the phone ahah

They are very trustworthy, fast and reliable.

Very nice on the phone and then in the store, the same. They were able to "save" my phone that had fallen into water, when I had little hope. All in record time! Very happy with the service

The iphone i purchased was in perfect condition, as if purchased new. It arrived within 24 hours in a nice box and included with a USB cable. I highly recommend this company and i strongly believe that repairs/re-sell of phones is an important step towards sustainable consumption.
