Faulty product - expect nothing!

Be aware that if you item is faulty the policy of IM is to give you 10% discount on your purchase. Not repair it, not replace it nor refund your money - because like they say “it has been warn, so they can’t do that”.

Probably the worst (non- existing) service I have ever seen. I am in shock that a brand in 2022 decides to treat their costumer like this.

I want my money back!

I ordered a sweater for my friend's birthday on January 24 for 230 euros. i never received a confirmation mail or the sweater. I sent 10 mails about this and all they said was that it was being investigated. now on June 26 I still have not received my money back or my package. I would like my money back and I recommend it to anyone to order clothes here because they rob you

Aftercare - not acceptable

I have purchased several IM clothing items over the years and pay the price for detailed garments. This December I treated myself to a pair of their boots, very expensive and saved them to be worn on Christmas Day. Peeling back the plastic coating on the sole, the top part of the sole at the point of the boot came away. I was staying at a beautiful hotel and the only other shoes to wear were my trainers. I immediately took a picture of the boot and of course wore the boots anyway with the mind that IM would repair. The brand have advised they can not repair or replace and refuse to refund as the boots have been worn ???!!!. I was not initially looking for a refund just a repair, the level of service and lack of customer care in this matter to me is unacceptable. I will now boycott the brand for future purchases.

Returned 2 items and still don’t have…

Returned 2 items and still don’t have my money back.
First I had an e-mail and they said it should be here within 5 days. Now I am waiting for 10 days and still got nothing!
Send an e-mail for 4 times now and they are still not answar me!
It look like they stole from me… 😞

Clueless or fraudulent?

Shopped a bag and a bracelet in Isabel Marant Rome. Discovered that they sold the bracelet 100€ too high and even insisted they would be correct until I showed the correct prize on the website to them. They didn’t reimburse, I even didn’t get a voucher for another IM shop within Europe and was forced to shop another item in Rome. Staff also don’t know their own portfolio (me as a client knew better the available colours of earrings than themselves or they only wanted to sell one colour as they didn’t have the other one in the store). As in the end staff was nice and tried to make concessions, I assume that all this was not a bad intention by their side. When coming home, I discovered that the label of my bag of season autumn/winter 2021 was probably exchanged with a label of the summer collection 2022 (they said this was the new collection what was already weird to me but as I love the bag, the season doesn’t make any difference to me); but of course in the light of the former experience, it creates doubts if the label was replaced with the intention to make clients believe that this bag is from the coming season. (As fashionjunkie, I checked the Website and found the bag only in the autumn/winter collection 2021 and not in the spring collection 2022, I would be happy to see that I am wrong if it could be proofed). This of course leaves a very bad taste. Would like to believe that all this happened without bad intentions but it’s hard to believe in it. Will rather avoid this shop in future and can only recommend to inform yourself about the item before you buy.

Did not sent the correct items

Did not sent the correct items. Tried to contact Isabel Marant about this issue however they don’t have a phone number. Therefore I contacted them by e-mail and received a automatic answer which was not even answering my question. After that, I never heard anything back from them. Oh and I have to pay 13 euro’s for the return, even it is not my mistake.

Unpleasant experience in the shop in…

Unpleasant experience in the shop in London, unhelpful and haughty staff with no interest in assisting customer. Will never return and will avoid the brand as this kind of attitude leaves a really bad taste.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Returning my parcel has been a nightmare. It’s stuck in customs- the parcel was sent early Feb. UPS haven’t been great but Marant have been impossible to communicate with. I kid you not, I have sent 20! So seems I’m out of pocket. Very poor. Do not buy anything from here. It’s a total JOKE. I’ve told all my friends to avoid. So very disappointed

1) advertised 40EU, but order receipt confirmed 8US
2) size chart via website went to an ERROR page
3) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT to cancel erroneous order that was based on their mis-advertising
4) for the price point associated with this label I'm definitely surprised by the number of issues just placing an order and the total lack of customer service.
5) no problem getting a chat agent to help you place an order either over the phone via a store or via online but nobody able to log into their system to cancel an order on the spot????

Sadly I would avoid purchasing anything…

Sadly I would avoid purchasing anything from the online shop. I returned something 7 weeks ago for a refund. The parcel has been stuck at customs and the customer service team have been the worst I have ever experienced. They asked me to fill out forms which according to UPS were never passed on. You cannot speak to anyone from the team and every time I email someone comes back and I have to explain it all over again. I was a massive fan of this brand but will be shopping else where in the future. Huge thumbs down from me. AVOID!

Bad QUALITY and bad service

i have bought a bag for 800 euros. Barely wore this bag. After one month of use some parts of the bag started to fall off. I returned it to the store, and they fixed it. Then after couple of months the belt on the bag just fell apart. I went back to the store and asked them politely to fix it, even for my own expense (I have lost a check). But what ive got is just resistance and no actions at all. I have sent e-mail to official site of Isabel Marant asking for a help. But after one month I still didnt get reply.
I used to like this brand and i spent a lot of money on it. But honestly the quality is bad!!! And service even worse.
To pay just for the name is stupid.

To avoid…

I placed an order in express delivery on June 21, I kept one article and exchanged the other 2 on June 22 .
I sent mails
I received the exchange on July 10th !
Unfortunately the products were not going and the same day I asked for the refund.
on July 21 they accepted my return for a single product (?),
So I sent mails
on August 2 they tell me they will refund the second item within 24h but I have nothing.
The customer service is not contactable by phone and it is necessary to follow a procedure complicate for the emails to which they answer within 48 hours and often beside the question.
You should prefer sites like NET A PORTER, MY THERESA, FARFETCH, LUISA VIA ROMA, easily reachable, very commercial, very quick and very serious
I strongly advise against this site
