Just replying back about are zip problem .thsnkyou for your quick response .don't no if I'm being thick .if I take a panel out for zip to be repaired what about the other part of zip which is on the awning side. Also the zip on the annex door has give up the ghost .are feelings for the price we paid over 4000pounds for the awning it's been a massive disappointment .we keep saying to ourselves we which we went for the isabella all season air .can't fault awning material .it's a lovely awning but just fed up now of the zips.we got the awning may 2025 it's 10months old it's still new we wish we never got this one now .like I say customer service brilliant thankyou mr Terry cleaver

We experienced an issue with our Isabella Air Cirrus 400,which led to disappointment, but the service offered by Isabella in a very short timeframe was second to none. We cannot thank Isabella enough for all their assistance, and do highly recommend their products, especially when considering they do not forget their customers after purchase.

We have been caravanning for 17 years and in that time used several makes of caravan awning but none as good or robust as our new Isabella Minor Dawn. The quality, ease of assembly and overall appearance surpasses all others.
However, what really sets it apart is the customer service we subsequently received over some technical support we requested. There is only one way to describe it, ‘Exemplary customer service!’ Highly professional, responsive and helpful - can’t recommend the Company highly enough!

My Isabella tarpaulin wall became brittle like paper after 5 years use (20 months outdoor). It has obviously been a production error for this lot, but Isabella and the Norwegian dealer Ferda refuses to offer me some kind of compensation. Very bad customer service. Label says: Slde: Coated polyester Prod.No.: 135845. It's grey. Where can I send pictures? In e-mail? I understand you're not interested in offer any compensation for the obvious production error. I would never buy the wall if I knew it only lasted 20 months outdoor, and I will not in the future, and not recommend anyone else to do so . Regards, Bo

I’d lost a nut and bolt from a reclining chair which is no longer produced. Customer Services were quickly on the case and within a few days and some email exchanges I received one in the post.

Good old fashioned service. So refreshing.

Great service, we needed some spares for our air awning. Uncertain of model numbers etc, but Elaine provided the relevant information and organised purchase and delivery of the spares quickly and efficiently for us. Much appreciated and Highly recommended

Outstanding products and customer service would highly recommend anyone to get from this supplier. We’ve bought the Penta Etna Awning and several other bits for the awning all excellent quality. The products are slightly more expensive but it is certainly worth it.

I have since been in recent contact with Isabella Customer Services by email and had a great result, after they reviewed my images of my table, I had a replacement table sent to me very quickly :) I am very happy now with ISABELLA

We ordered two Isabella chair bags while at the NEC Show in Oct '23. We received them toward the end of October and promptly put them in the back room and forgot about them until our first trip away a few weeks ago.

When putting the chairs into the 1st bag, we noticed there was a section of seam about 6 - 8 inches long that wasn't stitched. Long story short, we managed without it for the long weekend break and just took the other bag.

Today, I called their customer services armed with photos', invoices, purchase dates etc, you know, ready for the fight!

Turns out, didn't need any of it... the lady apologised for the error and immediately arranged a replacement to be sent out, and at a time to suit me as i didn't want the package arriving while we were away visiting family over the weekend, and with no need to send back the faulty bag... they just took me at my word.

Ok, from a company that prides itself on it's quality this shouldn't have happened in the first place however, the way it was dealt with, and the feeling you get from being treated as an honest person, to me that's priceless.

I've always been of the opinion that you should buy the very best you can afford as in the long run it pays off... today it paid off.

I recently had a problem with my caravan awning and needed some parts. The response and engagement from François MoricI, Camping Distribution in Belgium was excellent. The problem was identified, the parts needed were sourced and sent to me at a campsite in France within a few days. When problems happen it’s the after sale’s reactivity which counts and I couldn’t have asked for better.

We purchased an Isabella magnum awning 340 this week and have seen conflicting information to whether the storm straps go inside or out. I messaged Isabella and was phoned to confirm that they can go in out out. Very impressed with their customer service 👏

Update 20-9-23

I supplied the support team with my 'phone number at their request, and eventually had a response. It seems there is no reason why the awning should not fit, so I guess if it’s not the awning, it must be the caravan has changed in some way.
Just some gentle feedback for Isabella is that they have two email addresses (info@ and service@ ) and given the delay in response it might be good to look at how email is processed internally.

I contacted Isabella support by their support email on Monday 4th Sept '23 because my awning will no longer slide into the caravan rail trackway, and is therefore unusable. I explained what I'd done to clean and lubricate the trackway but it hasn't helped.
I was hoping that Isabella support could offer some support, but I didn't hear back, not even an acknowledgement.
It's an expensive, good quality product and I don't want to be part of a throw away society, our environment is too important.
Anyway, just for folks to know if you're thinking to buy.

Just bought a top of the range Isabella Nordic 240. Totally disappointed! It's supposed to be all season and for fixed siting but even in summer condensation is forming on the thick plastic roof. The quality is questionable, on one of our windows is a deep scar which, when the weather turns wet, may leak.
The awning was erected by the awning salesman from the dealership where I bought it so I doubt if he damaged it.
Overall very poor value for the money
Since writing this the dealership has been in contact with Isabella and their after sales have delivered. They couldn't be more obliging.I have now changed my star rating rating from 1 to 4.
What I will say is don't use Wandahome Knottingley as their after sales is disgusting and run by amateurs.

Just took delivery of an Isabella Etna 340 porch, unfortunately there was an issue with the window. Resolved, new replacement on its way to me.
Big thanks to Colin & Lisa from customer service. Lisa even sent me instructions for folding the awning while I was on holiday.

Sent awning away to be resized, got a call when job was done. All good so far, paid for the job and arranged delivery. Delivered to wrong address, contacted customer service who didn’t seem overly bothered. Great products but sadly let down by poor customer service.

Excellent awning. Excellent materials used throughout. Easy to put up and looks great.

Just purchased an Air Cirrus 400 awning. Excellent quality, lovely material. I had one small problem which was resolved speedily by Isabella over the phone without delay. Great awning, brilliant service.

Fantastic quality awning, carbon fibre poles as well.
The awnings are quite expensive but look so good and they have superb strength in inclement weather.
Excellent quality and will hopefully last for a number of years.
